SALES AND COMMISSIONS SALES A limited number of original paintings are offered for sale; otherwise most images are available as giclee prints on high quality medium gloss paper. Prices range from about $60 to $275 depending upon size. The largest is 24” x 36” Insured shipping generally ranges from about $8 to $15 within the United States. There is also California tax on sales within the state, now a whopping 9.75%. Three of my paintings are currently at Cross Gate Gallery in Lexington, Kentucky. COMISSIONS I welcome inquiries regarding either a painting or drawing of your animal. My preference is to meet the animal in person in order to get some sense of who he or she is. If this is not possible,a very good photo in a suitable pose will do. I work from photos, and can do either a drawing or acrylic painting, portrait or full body. Parameters of pricing would include: the desired size and medium, time requirement if you have one, and whether or not travel is required. In general, a smallish drawing, 8” x 10” or so, would be about $200-$250. Larger work, such as a 36” x 24” equine painting, would be around $6,000.
